It is not so long since the introduction of the electric glass melting
furnace, however we have made some remarkable improvements in the technology.
Especial in the glass melting furnace, direct electric-conductivity is

We, Daito Crucible Works Co., Ltd., have a long experience as a manufacturer
of the crusible pots as well as the furnaces. Thus, we recognize the electric
glass furnace "the quality in the most efficient operation" as
the system to meet the requirement from clienets, and we have been offering
design, constructing and the aids of operation to our clients.
As results、we are proud that our fully-electric glass furnace features
a flexible operation time by changing the firing speed between 0% and 100%
without an affect on the glass quality.
This means that the past handlay-up molding could inherit even when the
fully electric glass furnace is installed. And, also, the glass consistency
in the furnaces can make it available to easily and gradually introduce
a robot, Gob Feeder, Platinum Tube Feeder as automation.
